Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children showing mild to moderate anxiety as measured on the novel proposed visual facial anxiety scale(VFAS). Children requiring mandibular primary molar (1st or 2nd ) extraction to be done.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with specific medical illness or physiological impairment. 2. Children with known allergy to local anesthesia. 3. Teeth with mobility, sinus and fistula.
