Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA I/II 2.BMI 25 and above

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergy to duloxetine 2.History of chronic pain 3.Currently on serotonin norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors 4.Seizure disorder 5.Pregnancy 6.Breastfeeding
