Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with high SBPs (greater then or equal to 140 mm Hg) and/or DBPs (greater then or equal to 90 mm Hg)receiving treatment for HTN (adherent or not to the prescribed antihypertensive medication)and using an android based smartphone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who had recent complications of hypertension like myocardial infarction, stroke, kidney failure or any other cardiovascular diseases or those who have physical limitations rendering them incapable to perform the requested level physical activity or those who are participating in a structured physical activity program will be excluded from this study.
