Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Infants between the age group of 06 – 12 months but not having any signs and symptoms of dental eruption. 2. Infants whoever born with full term gestation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-term babies 2. Infants suffering from any systemic disease at the time of enrollment will be excluded. 3. Infants with metabolic disorders based on newborn new-born metabolic screening. 4. Infants with any anatomical or congenital anomalies related to GIT. 5. Suspicion of any syndromic phenotype like (Down’s syndrome). 6. Infants with bleeding disorder if any, previously diagnosed.

Reduces chances of morbidity seen during dentition. Effective in subsiding the complications arising during dentition period in infants. With this prophylactic medication, teething becomes comfortable.Timepoint: 6 months study with 9 follow-ups (with 15 days interval for first 3 months and later monthly for next 3 months)
