Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: THERE SHOULD BE EVIDENCE OF PERIAPICAL PATHOLOGY OR DIAGNOSED WTH APICAL PERIODONTITIS AND NO HISTORY OF PREVIOUS ENDODONTIC THERAPY

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diabetic, immunocompromised patients, pregnant females 2.Patients who have a positive history of analgesic intake within past 3 days or any antibiotics intake in the last month. 3.Periodontally compromised teeth 4.Calcified roots 5.The overall prognosis of the tooth was poor such as clinical and radiographic signs and symptoms 6.Documented evidence of perforation 7.Cracks extending into canal orifices 8.Evidence of vertical root fracture (a narrow deep probing defect and/or a J-shaped lesion with a previously treated tooth)
