Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Selection is irrespective of religion, socio economical status and occupation 2. Patients undergoing Urological Surgery such as PCNL(Percutaneous Nephrolithonomy), URSL(Ureteroscopic Lithotripsy) are included 3. Patients NOT suffering from any severe systematic disease. 4. If patients having controlled Diabetic Mellitus and Hypertension, are included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients underwent Urological surgery but have associated severe post operative complications such as retention of urine, fever etc. 2. The patients suffering from systemic disease such as Anaemia, Raised PT INR, Known Bleeding disorder uncontrol Diabetes mellitus and Hypertension, etc 3. K/C/O HIV/HBSAG/HCV 4. Patients undergoing TURP(Transurethral Resection of the Prostate).
