Inclusion criteria: College going females of 18-24 years of age Diagnosed case of PCOS Nulliparous women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy and Lactating mothers Women with BMI >30 Women with chronic Genito -urinary condition Women with secondary dysmenorrhea Chronic health condition (metabolic disorders like Diabetes, Hormonal dysfunction, Systemic disorders)
