Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Phase 1:Quantitative phase: health care professionals i) working in the selected hospital at Bangalore. ii) willing to participate in the study. iii) read, write and speak English language. Phase 2: Qualitative phase From quantitative phase to qualitative phase health care professionals will be selected based on their score obtained on CES-D scale in quantitative phase.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Phase 1: Quantitative phase: health care professionals i) who are already diagnosed with some physical or psychological health issues such as depression, stroke, CKD, cardiac disorders or has undergone major surgery. ii) who are specialized in the field of psychiatry or mental health. Phase 2: Qualitative phase: health care professionals i) not willing to participate in the focus group interview.
