Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Employees were included if they met any of the following exclusion criteria: 1. Employees who are 25 to 35 years of age. 2. Chronic low back pain of a nonspecific nature. 3. Employees suffering from at least a single episode of back pain in the past 3 months. 4. Employees in front of the computer for more than 3hrs/day and work experience of more than 2yrs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Employees were excluded if they met any of the following exclusion criteria: 1. presence of neurological signs (e.g., perceived weakness in the lower limbs); 2. a diagnosed psychiatric disorder or severe cognitive impairment. 3. having the specific disease (e.g., Malignancy, inflammatory joint and bone disease).

a)Numerical pain intensity scale (NPRS) b)Self efficacy will be assessed through the Chronic Pain Self Efficacy Scale (CPSS), which has demonstrated acceptable psychometric properties. c)Multidirectional functional reach test for assessing postural stability. d)Inclinometer will be used to assess a range of motion Timepoint: 11months
