Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. students who are willing to participate and adhere to the intervention program. 2. Age between 17 to 24 years old. 3. Both male and female students 4. Marks in internal examination less than 50% 5. Low risk category according to PAR-Q

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Students unwilling to participate.
