Inclusion criteria: ASA Grade I and II Scheduled for elective palatoplasty
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Upper respiratory tract infection Allergy to local anaesthetic drug Renal and hepatic disease Major cardiac or pulmonary disorders Bleeding disorders
