Inclusion criteria: PATIENTS OLDER THAN 18YEARS ASA I OR II BODY WEIGHT 40-70 KG HEIGHT BETWEEN 140-165 CM ELECTIVE CASE UNDERGOING URETEROSCOPY

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA III OR IV CONTRAINDICATIONS TO SPINAL ANAESTHESIA PATIENT REFUSING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE STUDY CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE PATIENT WITH CHRONIC LIVER DISEASE AND CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE WITH HISTORY OF STROKE OR CEREBROVASCULAR DISEASE HISTORY OF DIABETES
