Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who will need Therapeutic Extraction of bilateral Mandibular Premolar teeth. Age group of patient should be 14-30 years Patient should be having Good systemic health.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients taking any medications that can alter pain sensation, who are medically compromised or those with systemic diseases, pregnant or lactating woman, uncooperative patient and Tobacco chewers and smokers.
