Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient who presented with the sign and symptoms of Bhagandara. 2.External opening seen on the skin surface will be selected. 3.Post operative wound of low anal fistula. 4.Complete single track fistula. 5.Willing to participate in study .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age below 18 yrs and above 60 yrs. 2.High anal fistula. 3.Fistula having multiple opening. 4.Patient having complicated fistula. 5.Any other congenital disease of rectum or anal canal. 6.Patient with HIV,Hepatitis B. 7.Osteomyelitis followed by Bhagandara. 8.Bhagandara with systemic diseases. 9.Incontinence of stool. 10. Stricture in ano. 11.Patient with Malignancy. 12.Pregnancy.
