Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA 1 and 2 patients of either sex, undergoing tympanomastoid surgery. 2. Age 18 to 60 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing redo surgeries 2.Patients having associated associated facial nerve palcies and skull base osteomyelitis and meningitis. 3.PONV, motion sickness, migraine, history of seizures, malignancy, allergy to drugs used in the study. 4.Pregnancy and lactating mothers.
