Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Paediatric age group 4-12years Short duration surgery upto 90mins. Lower abdominal surgeries and urological procedures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: children with congenital heart diseases 1.Syndromic children. 2.Children with external facial abnormalities. 3.Children with major neurological problems. 4.Major surgical procedure. 5.Active URTI infection.
