Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Anal fissure with longitudinal ulcer in anterior midline/posterior midline or both with excruciating pain, spasm of anal sphincter diagnosed by clinical examination. 2. Participants within age group of 18-50 years. 3. Participants with written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants below 18 years and above 50 years of age. Known case of colorectal carcinoma, chrons disease, ulcerative colitis, tuberculosis, syphilis, intestinal fistula Pregnant and lactating women Known case of Diabetes mellitus, anaemia Known case of HIV, hepatitis B, other venereal diseases
