Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range should be 20 to 30 years 2. Both genders 3. Willing to participate in the study and fill the consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Less than 20 or more than 30 years age group people 2. Those who are not able to sit comfortably for long duration 3. History of mental illness and/or major physical illness
