Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Players with hamstring tightness (having flexion angle more than 20 degree when hip is at 90 degree of flexion) measure by AKE test using goniometer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Player with musculoskeletal deformity.Any Acute injury to the hamstring muscle.Lumbar and lower limb neurological compromise
