Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children of 3 to 7 years of the age group who are healthy and free of any systemic disease, Deciduous teeth indicated for crowns, Deciduous teeth having two-thirds root structure left radiographically, Presence of one-third crown shape.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pathological discrepancy of root resorption, Inflammation at furcation area, Child having oral parafunctional habits, Deciduous teeth having not sufficient crown structure, Teeth with root caries.

Primary Outcomes to be measured: clinical performance of Stainless steel, Bioflex and Zirconia crowns in primary dentition based on recurrent caries, plaque accumulation, restoration failure, gingival status and opposing tooth wear on Likertâ??s scaleTimepoint: 2 years

Secondary Outcomes to be measured: Assesment of the childâ??s and parents satisfaction for Stainless steel over Bioflex and Zirconia crowns in deciduous teeth. Child and parent satisfaction will be evaluated on a five-point Likert scaleTimepoint: 2 years
