Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children with a chronological age of 2 months to 24 months, a clinical diagnosis of bronchiolitis and their initial Wang respiratory score will be 3 or higher will be included in study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients not giving consent. 2.Children with prior illness with wheezing will be excluded. 3.Children with prior use of bronchodilators. 4.Premature infants ( 5.Children with congenital heart disease. 6.Children with chronic lung disease 7.Severe bronchiolitis (either wang score >9 or baseline oxygen saturation
