Inclusion criteria: PATIENTS ADMITTED WITH ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.PATIENTS WITH VALVULAR HEART DISEASE AND CARDIOMYOPATHY. 2.PATIENTS WITH CONGENTIAL HEART DISEASE.
