Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group between 25-40 years. 2.People who are willing to participate. 3.Both genders. 4.People spending 6 or more than 6 hours sitting in workplace. 5.People who have worked for a minimum of 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.People showing any history of surgery of lower back, hip in past 6 months. 2.People showing any history of pain in lower back, hip in past 6 months. 3.Participants having any structural deformity and musculoskeletal disorders. 4.People who are involved in any sport or recreational activities. 5.People who to gym .
