Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient diagnosed for dengue fever with dengue ns-1 antigen positive.Irrespective of sex, marital status, socioeconomic status, race, religion. patients of dengue fever willing to give informed consent.patient presenting symptoms with fever, chills, retroorbital pain,headache, myalgia,painful joints,backache,petechiae,nausea.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients suffering from major illness who needs intensive care.patients suffering from dengue haemorrhagic fever.
