Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients who require Transalveolar extraction• Patients above 18 years of age.• Patients having blood pressure within the physiological limit on the day of the extraction
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with psychological disorders like schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder etc.• Patients who are allergic to smell, has migraine, headache and ear problems• Patients having myocardial infarction, stent placement or other valvular heart diseases, COPD are excluded from the study.• Patients with end stage renal disorders and having dialysis
