Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary Caregiver of stroke survivors who are well versed in English language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Formal caregivers who have previous experience of caregiving.

MeasureTime frame
A questionnaire to assess the knowledge of caregivers of stroke survivors about the transition care of stroke, secondary complications of stroke and the measures to prevent these secondary complications of stroke.Timepoint: The questionnaire will be given to Caregivers of stroke survivors who are going to get discharged from hospital approximately 7-10 days following admission.
