Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Teeth with irreversible pulpitis. Necrosed pulp with minimum periapical bone loss.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Tooth with less than two-third root length remaining. Traumatised teeth. Teeth with external or internal resorption.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
After obturation, the teeth will be assessed for pain, swelling and periapical resorption at 1, 3 and 6 months follow up.Timepoint: 1 month, 3 months and 6 months follow up.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
After obturation, the teeth will be assessed for mobility and internal resorption at 1, 3 and 6 months follow up.Timepoint: Follow up will be taken at 1, 3 and 6 months .
