Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Prediagnosed patients having symptoms of Vataj Gridhrasi of all severity 2Patients with age group 20years to 70 years3 The selection of the patients will be irrespective of their gender ,religion, socio economic status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Ca of spine 2Tumor of Cauda equina 3 Pregnancy 4Tuberculosis of spine 5 History of trauma causing fractures 6 Previously operated patients of spine 7 Disorders of sacroiliac joint 8 Disorder of hip joint 9 Disorder of scarum 10 Disorder of pelvis 11 Any other major illness
