Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are admitted to the ICU and diagnosed to have MODS 2. Patients above 18years 3. Patients with at least 24 hours of ICU stay

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with known previous cardiac abnormalities like Ischemic heart disease, Congenital heart disease, Cardiomyopathy, Rheumatic heart disease. 2. Patients with poor echocardiographic window
