Inclusion criteria: 1)DIAGNOSED PATIENTS OF CHEST TRAUMA WITH PRESENTING SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS LIKE RUJA(PAIN0,SHWAAS KRUCCHRATA (SHORTNESS OF BREATH)KAAS(COUGH)SPARSHASAHATWA(TENDERNESS) 2) HISTORY OF CHEST TRAUMA WITH ONSET OF SYMPTOMS OF CHEST TRAUMA UPTO ONE WEEK

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PATIENTS WITH CHEST TRAUMA WITH OTHER CO-MORBID CONDITIONS OLD HISTORY OF TRAUMATIC CHEST INJURIES COVID 19 PATIENTS,IMMUNO COMPROMISED PATIENTS HAEMODYNAMICALLY UNSTABLE PATIENTS UNCONSCIOUS PATIENTS
