Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult patients from 18 years to 70 years of age 2.Adults with BMI > 30 Kg/m² 3.American Society of Anaesthesiologist Class I, II, III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Laparoscopic converted to open surgery 2. Refusal to participate 3. Infections or Pathology of airway 4. Limited mouth opening ( 5. Patients with history of hiatus hernia 6. Pregnancy, reduced lung compliances 7. Edentulous 8. Need for conversion from LMA to ETT
