Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient willing to participate in the trial and sign the consent form. 2. The patients between the age group of 18 to 60 years in either sex. 3. Patients of subclinical hypothyroidism with features mentioned in subjective parameters. 4. On the basis of raised serum TSH(5-10 uIU/ml) and normal serum T4 level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who were not willing for trial.Patients who are suffering from hypothyroidism for more than 10 year. 2) Patients suffering from any systemic illness 3) Patients having Uncontrolled Diabetes( >7%HbA1C), HTN( >140/90mmhg), liver disorder, tuberculosis etc. 4) Pregnant and lactating mothers 5) H/O of hypersensitivity of any drug. 6) Patient who fail to give consent.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Primary outcomes would be measured by TSH levels(Expected Outcome- 5 µIU/ml) Timepoint: At baseline and at 3 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcomes would be measured by the lab investigation on CBC,ESR,Blood sugar Random,KFT,LFT , Lipid profile(Will be repeated at the end of the study.Timepoint: At baseline and at 3 months
