Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with thin endometrium ( 1. on the day of ovulation trigger in previous fresh Embryo transfer (ET) cycle, OR 2. at the end of estrogen priming in previous frozen embryo transfer (FET) cycle, OR 3. on day of ovulation trigger in previous IUI cycles, OR. 4. on baseline scans (mock cycles), despite standard estrogen supplementation (6-12 mg/day) for 12 days 5. Willing to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hematologic disorders, hemoglobin level of 2. Auto-immune disease 3. Evidence of genital tuberculosis 4. Any factor that compromises implantation, other than endometrium,e.g. Hydrosalpinx (unclipped), Adenomyosis 5. Refusal to participate
