Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy individuals. Fresh unfreezed beetroot and blackplum. Individuals willing to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with systemic disease. Handicapped individuals. Infested beetroot and blackplums. Beetroot and blackplums with worms.
