Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The researcher will be able to check whether Artificial Intelligence based assessment of Tratak Kriya in Computer Vision Syndrome and the efficacy of Tratak kriya practice on Computer Vision Syndrome during the intervention period as well as after leaving the practice will be known. This study will help in understanding whether a Tratak practitioner starts developing dependency on it or not in the long-term. The observation will also give clues for further research in other yogic purification techniques, Tratak and Computer Vision Syndrome. The observation will also give future platform for yoga expert to integrating idea with Artificial Intelligence Timepoint: 3 month

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
this research will be also preventive aspect for the nervous tics, and some eye movement disorders such as strabismus and nystagmusTimepoint: 3 month
