Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Parents of the patient willing to participate in the research trial. 2. Age group of 10-16yrs of either sex will be taken, irrespective of caste and religion. 3.Children already diagnosed case / newly diagnosed with Tamaka Shwasa(Bronchial Asthma) . 4.Presence of classical signs and symptoms of Tamaka Shwasa (Bronchial Asthma) as given below use for diagnosis. Ghurghuraka (Wheeze) , Shwasa Pranprapidaka (Dyspnoea) ,Peenas17 (Rhinitis) , Krichachrashaknoti Bhasitum ( Difficulty in talking) ,Asino labhate Saukhya (Comfortable in orthopnea position ) , Paarshvacha Peedyan, (Pain in sides ) ,Kasa(Cough) ,Patient with episodes of asthma every month or 3 episodes in a year
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient presenting with symptoms of Status Asthmaticus. 2. Evidence of active pulmonary disease other than Asthma. 3 .Any other chronic illness or systemic disease like Acute Diarrhoea, Fever, Dehydrated patient etc. 4.Children with congenital abnormalities. 5. History of food or drug allergy of any kind. 6. During course of treatment if patient develops any acute illness requiring acute management such patients will be excluded from the study and continued with conventional treatment. 7. Patient below 10yrs and above 16yrs of age 8. Patient presented with any ano-rectal disease like fissure-in-ano, haemorrhoids etc. 9.Emaciated children.
