Intervention1: Blended physiotherapeutic module: A total of 4-week intervention will be given. 3 sessions a week, which will be for alternate days. 1 session of face-to-face intervention and 2 session

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young adults of age 18 -25 years Individuals with non-specific chronic low back pain, in whom the pain lasts > 12 weeks Only individuals who fall under the low and medium risk categories in Keele STarT Back Screening Tool Individuals with a numerical pain rating score of 3 or less than 3 Individuals should be able to read and understand English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindication for physical activity with supervision according to the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire Individuals with body mass index >30 Individuals with no access to the internet
