Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: diagnosed with COPD aged more than 18 years hemodynamically stable

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with chest injury or history of trauma history of stroke psychiatric illness.

Maximal Inspiratory Pressure Spo2 Timepoint: at baseline at the end of 2nd week and end of 4th week
