Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Transfusion dependent thalassemia Patients in age group (1-10years) 2)Height <50th centile as per WHO and IAP combined growth charts

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Height >50th centile 2)Thalassemia patients who are known case of chronic disorders affecting growth (CKD/CLD/hypersplenism/hypothyroidism)
