Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All women admitted to KLEH fulfilling WHO criteria for potentially life threatening complication in pregnancy- 1. Haemorrhagic disorders 2. Hypertensive disorders 3. Other systemic disorders- Endometritis, pulmonary edema, seizures, sepsis 4. Severe management indicators- Blood transfusion, hysterectomy, admission to intensive care unit, prolonged hospital stay

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women who come with potentially life threatening complications present before pregnancy
