Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Parents of children from the age group of 0 to 13 years (according to IAP), who come to the out-patients service.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Congenital disorders patients. 2.Emergency care patients. 3.Patients who are not willing to participate.
