Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Anal Fissure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fissure associated with third and fourth degree or thrombosed piles. 2. Malignancy. 3. Severe systemic diseases. 4. Multiple fissures. 5. Pregnant women.
