Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both male and female participant aged between 18 to 40 years 2. Participants should have had at least one episode of LPB prior to the study. 3. Nonspecific low back pain > 6week duration of symptom) and less than 3 months. 4. At least 5 points on MODQ.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Specific low back pain (fracture, carcinoma,) sensitivity or reflex loss, muscle weakness. 2. Any abdominal or back surgery. 3. Contraindications for exercise, e.g., major cardiovascular disease or postural hypotension. 4. Patient not willing to participate in the study.
