Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group between 18 to 60 years of either sex. 2.Patient having signs and symptoms of Tamak Shwas (Bronchial Asthma). 3.Mild/ Moderate persistent Asthma. 4.Uncomplicated case of bronchial Asthma. 5.Chronicity less than 10 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age below 18 years and above 60 years of age 2.FEV1 >80% 3.Pregnant and lactating mother. 4.Patient having asthma or breathlessness due to renal or cardiac causes. 5.Any systemic disease like DM, Uncontrolled HTN, Cor-pulmonale 6.other complicated respiratory diseases having any organic lesion such as tumour or any anatomical defect in airway.
