Intervention1: Costoclavicular block with perineural dexmedetomidine.: Group-1: USG guided costoclavicular brachial plexus block with 20 ml of 0.5% ropivacaine plus 0.5µg/kg dexmedetomidine perineur

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: •American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status (ASA) I-III •Patients scheduled to undergo surgery of the elbow, forearm, wrist, or hand under brachial plexus block (BPB).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindication to peripheral nerve blocks. 2. Patients with pre-existing neuropathy. 3. Prior surgery of the infraclavicular fossa. 4. Pregnancy. 5.Body mass index of more than 30 kg/m². 6. Coagulopathies.

| To study 1.Time of onset of sensory block (min). 2.Time of onset of motor block(min). 3.Time of requirement of 1st dose of rescue analgesia. 4.Duration of motorblockade. 5.HR,SBP,DBP,MAP&Spo2 every 5 min for first 3o min and then every 5 min till the end of the surgery. 6.Post operative sedation score,HR,Spo2,SBP,DBP,MAP every hour till block resolution. 7.Postoperative VAS Score 1st hour,2nd hour,3rd hour and at 6th hour,12th hour and 24th hour.Timepoint: 1.5years | — |
