Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Systolic Blood Pressure: less than 170 mm of Hg more than or equal to 140 mm of Hg. 2) Diastolic Blood Pressure: less than or equal to 110 mm of Hg More than 90 mm of Hg. 3) Patient willing to participate in the research & to sign the written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient who have past history of atrial fibrillation, acute coronary syndrome, myocardial infarction, stroke or right ventricular hypertrophy, left ventricular hypertrophy, severe arrhythmia in last 6 months. 2) Symptomatic patients with clinical features of early heart failure. 3) Secondary hypertension. 4) Women who are pregnant and lactating or on estrogen replacement therapy. 5) Alcoholics and drug abusers. 6) Accelerated and malignant hypertension.

Bhramari Pranayam( Group B) 30 percent more efective than Group A for 80 sample size in lowering systolic and Diastolic Blood Pressure.Timepoint: 10th day, 20th day and 30th Day These 3 Follow-ups taken for Clinical Improvement and lowering systolic and Diastolic Blood Pressure.
