Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Heart failure patients who are. 1.Willing to participate in the study 2.Age above 18 years 3.Able to read and understand Hindi or English 4.NYHA class II and III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with NPO 2. Diabetes type I and type II with insulin treatment 3. Renal failure with dialysis 4. Patient with diarrhea and vomiting 5. Patient with oral ulcer and lesion
