Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 25 to 55 years Both the genders Employees of the private/public sector Life s 8 Cardiovascular Health (CVH) score Presence of at least one Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease (ASCVD) risk factor or family history of CVD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of a current serious illness or unstable condition that requires physician supervision of diet or physical activity (e.g. recent myocardial infarction, chronic liver disease, inflammatory bowel diseases and diabetes) Pregnancy or intention to become pregnant in the next 18 months; lactation; current or recent (past 6 months) Those who have undergone any recent surgery Concomitantly taking part in another research study Participation in other lifestyle-based programs or use of weight loss medication Medication history indicative of any terminal andor chronic illness (other than diabetes and hypertension) Those who have undergone any recent surgery Concomitantly taking part in another research study Working from home for the entire week

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome would be the Change in composite z scores of the CVD risk factors: systolic blood pressure, LDL-C, fasting glucose, per cent body fat, and ceramide levels at 2 years from baselineTimepoint: Baseline, and 24 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Changes in individual cardiovascular risk factors from baseline to 2nd year of intervention & follow-up at 3 years, Changes in CVH & its individual components from baseline to 1 year, 2 year & 3-year follow-ups; DNAmage, other behaviorial factors like self-efficacy & job stress. Exploratory (sample subset of ~n=10/group): Neurocognitive task associated neuroimaging-based assessemntsTimepoint: Baseline, 12 months, 24 months, 36 months Exploratory outcome Baseline & one year of intervention
