Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anaesthesiologists [ASA] physical status of 1â??3, adult (18-70 years) patients undergoing elective thoracolumbar spine surgery with instrumentation under general anaesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-existing renal impairment, 2. Body mass index (BMI) of >30 kg/ m 2 , 3. Hemodynamic instability requiring vasopressor therapy before surgery, 4. Respiratory system compliance (Crs) of <30 mL/cmH2O, 5. Patients with cardiac arrhythmias, 6. Participants denial to participate.
