Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.American society of Anaesthesiologist (ASA) Physical Status I and II posted for endoscopic surgeries. 2.Patients of age 18-60 years of either sex. 3.Consenting patients posted for endoscopic surgeries like FESS, Endoscopic middle ear surgery. 4.Surgeries with a duration less than 2 hours (120 minutes).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal. 2. Obese patients (BMI>=30.0) 3.Any CVS abnormality like hypertension, bradycardia 4.Bleeding disorders, Renal/Hepatic impairment, Recurrent surgeries, Anticoagulation therapy. 5. Endoscopic surgeries lasting less than 30 minutes and more than 120 minutes. 6.Allergy to study drugs.

MeasureTime frame
To compare the time taken from the surgical incision to the target blood pressure achieved in minutes between the two groups for improved surgical field visibility.Timepoint: 10 minutes
